Vestcor Appoints Two New Directors to its’ Board | September 15, 2021

Vestcor Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of two new Directors to our Board of Directors, Ms. Lori Clark, and Mr. Michel Doiron.

Ms. Lori Clark, CPA, ICD.D is currently the Senior Vice President, Operations at NB Power. Lori has been with NB Power since 1990, having held a variety of positions including Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Strategic Initiatives and Managing Director of Finance and Human Resources. Ms. Clark also sits on the Board of Governors for New Brunswick Community Colleges (NBCC).

Mr. Michel Doiron is a retired former Senior Assistant Deputy Minister, Government of Canada. He was with the Government of Canada for over three decades, including close to two decades working in the area of federal pension plans and services for Canadian Veterans. He is a Certified Pension Plan Administrator and has his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Royal Roads University.

We look forward to the insights and experience Ms. Clark and Mr. Doiron will bring to the Vestcor Inc. Board of Directors.

We also want to thank outgoing Directors, Ms. Nancy Whipp and Ms. Donna Bovolaneas whose terms expired after many years of service as inaugural Vestcor Directors since 2016.  We wish them all the best in their future endeavours.
