Update from our Management Team – October 28, 2026

An update regarding the legal proceeding arising from Exro Technologies Inc.’s acquisition of SEA Electric Inc.

On October 26, 2026, the Supreme Court of British Columbia struck the claim against the Vestcor employee who was also named as a respondent. The Court declined to strike the claim against Vestcor and has permitted the petition to be converted into an action.

We are reviewing the Court’s reasons with litigation counsel and considering the appropriate next steps. As this remains an active legal matter, our public comments will continue to be measured. We will keep clients informed of material developments.
