PLEASE NOTE we are currently experiencing an influx in the volume of applications received. Our turnaround time to process pension related applications is longer than usual and we are not in a position to make exceptions or “rush” applications.

In addition, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have witnessed an increase in upcoming retirements being postponed or cancelled for a variety of important reasons.  In order to expedite our services to those who are still planning to retire in the coming weeks, we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible if you are aware of an employee postponing or cancelling their retirement.  We are trying to ensure that our resources are focused on the most critical/high priority files first; your help in this matter is much appreciated!
